LEGAL NOTICE
All rights of industrial and intellectual property of Artesanía y Diseño Textil, S. A. (from now on ARDITEX), as well as any of the containing elements in the present Web site including, among others, images and/or texts) belong to ARDITEX or, where appropriate, to third parties.
User will be allowed to view such elements and even print, copy and store them in the computer hard disk or in any other storage system, as long as it is exclusively for personal and private use, being therefore strictly forbidden their use for commercial aims, their distribution, as well as their modification or alteration.
User undertakes to make an adequate use of the contents that ARDITEX offers through their CD-Catalogue and not to use them for other aims than those defined and agreed between the user and ARDITEX. Specifically, user must ask ARDITEX for authorization to include any content or image in its own catalogue, commercial leaflet or any other document prepared with commercial aims or with any other purpose.
Additionally, ARDITEX reserves the right to carry out without previous notice the changes they consider appropriate in their catalogues, being able to change, avoid or add either any article, price or condition as well as any other aspect of the products that occur to be shown in their catalogues.
Finally, ARDITEX will chase the non-fulfilment of the previous conditions as any other use undue of their catalogues taking corresponding civil and legal actions.
